We thank you for your attention and the trust you place in us.
These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation in Spain on retail trade, data protection and electronic commerce.

ATER COSMO S.L. undertakes to inform you at any time upon request about the status of your order (receipt, costs and means of shipment, and collection) and guarantees the return of the order free of charge in case of error or damage in accordance with the current legal regulations on distance selling.
All prices are quoted in EUROS (€) and include the statutory VAT.
The indication of availability of discs and other products on the website is subject to last minute changes. Any circumstance affecting the availability of a product will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
All industrial and intellectual property rights of the website www.atercosmo.com and its contents (texts, images, designs, software, etc.) belong to ATERCOSMO S.L. or, where appropriate, to duly identified third parties. You may view and use the material that appears on the website, and print, copy and store it for your personal and private use. However, its reproduction for commercial purposes, as well as its modification, alteration or decompilation, is strictly prohibited.

PRIVACY POLICY:

5.- Exercise of rights
The USER may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability by sending an e-mail to info@atercosmo.com identifying themselves as a USER of the WEBSITE and specifying their request.
The USER may also exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by ordinary mail to the address Calle de la Puebla 9 Local 2 28004-Madrid (Spain), identifying themselves as USER of the WEBSITE, providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document and specifying their request.
6.- Commitments of the USER
The USER guarantees that he/she is over 14 years of age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
The USER undertakes to inform THE COMPANY of any modification to the information provided by sending an e-mail to the address info@atercosmo.com , identifying himself/herself as a USER of the WEBSITE and specifying the information that needs to be modified.
Likewise, the USER undertakes to keep the passwords and identification codes secret and to inform THE COMPANY as soon as possible in the event of loss, theft or unauthorised access. In the absence of such communication, THE COMPANY will be exempt from any liability that may arise from the improper use by unauthorised third parties of such passwords and identification codes.

In the event that the USER provides personal data of third parties for any purpose, he/she guarantees that he/she has previously informed the affected parties and obtained their consent for the communication of their data to THE COMPANY.
The USER guarantees that those affected are over 14 years of age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
THE COMPANY will verify the consent of those affected by means of a first e-mail with non-commercial content in which verification of the consent given on their behalf by the USER will be requested.
In the event of liability arising from a breach of these conditions by the USER, the USER shall be liable for the consequences of such breach.
8.- Security measures
THE COMPANY has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment.
